1. Class Bookings & Cancellations

 

All classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class to avoid being charged or losing a credit.

 

 

2. Health & Safety

 

Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class. Participation is at your own risk. D Studio is not responsible for injuries that may occur during sessions.

 

 

3. Payments

 

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Packages and class credits must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

 

 

4. Code of Conduct

 

We are committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone. Disruptive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.

 

 

5. Service Changes

 

We reserve the right to modify our schedule, pricing, policies, or services at any time.
